I called multiple times to make sure that they had what I needed in stock before I made a 30 min trip . The first few times the phone kept ringing with no answer. I made one final attempt and after the phone rang off the hook someone finally answered ,so I asked if the product I needed was in stock and if it was .how much a bag of it would cost…?The young man said .. hold on let me verify. I was on hold for so long that I myself forgot I was out on hold. Lol I’m not complaining.. this is just funny . They are good people but probably super busy or just under staffed. I reverse a discount lol jk .

My review is mainly for the dog washing station. It is an amazing resource to have! For $10 to wash brush and dry your dog with all materials provided is an amazing deal. The employees are always very nice and the store is super clean and organized.

Great experience with Anthony ! He’s at the Randallstown location. An item arrived with a small item missing. Spoke to Anthony and a few hours later the missing piece arrived! Outstanding customer service . Kudos to Anthony ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update 06/20/26: Shout out to Nicholas, he was very friendly and even asked to play with our dog at the front entrance yesterday. Upon entering he was our cashier and made us feel very comfortable. We truly appreciate his expertise and knowledge. Keep up the great work Nicholas. Awesome location with always friendly and helpful Associates! It's also a great place to utilize the Self-Service dog wash station for only $9.99. There are two dog washing stations for you to use. Tractor Supply Co. provides towels, shampoo, nail cutting/brushing tools, and an air dryer in case you forget your own supplies. There is an adjustable table to place your dog on after the wash so you can dry them off. Keep up the great work!

I was treated extremely rudely by one of your employees. This wasn’t the first incident involving this same person, which made it even more frustrating. I spoke to a manager about it, but the response I received felt dismissive. I was simply told they would “speak to her,” with no real acknowledgment of the repeated issue. I hope this matter is taken more seriously, as customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Called in quire about a product. Unlike a different Tractor Supply store about a couple miles away from them, the associate was able to answer my question quickly and efficiently. The other store dismissed my question and hung up. This store has some knowledgeable employees. Kudos.
